I have a furnished room with a single-size bed available for rent. Ideal for a clean, quiet, and respectable working professional or student, preferably males. All bills are included: gas, electricity, water, council tax, and Virgin high-speed internet. Cleaning once a week also included in communal areas, though it is expected to clean after using the kitchen.

Location is CB1 .

Preferably medium to long term stays. Contract is offered.

The deposit is only £300, with one month’s rent payable in advance. First to view and meet the requirements will secure the room.

1 month notice is required. No exceptions on both ways.

I will open to show the house and have a chat over the weekends. Please do not just ask if it is available if advert is live, read the advert before introducing yourself.
