Two rooms available for couple or two people

We have a very large home with a very good rent price, not just for Cambridge but for our area in general.

We would far prefer a couple take both rooms, why? Due to the size of the home, we have split it between two couples. One couple gets a small and big room, with the brick shed use, the other couple gets three average sized rooms to themselves. There is a large shared kitchen and living room in general as well as ample parking. There is also a downstairs and upstairs bathroom, that of which we have also majorly split. These arent hard rules or anything at all, just how it worked out.

The issue with two individuals, would be the act of the third room, as this is technically a house shared room. If it is two people, they would have to settle for an average bedroom size each and call it a day whilst we all find out what we do with this third room out of fairness for the house.

We are a couple who live here, both professional. We enjoy hanging out with friends, board games, shows, movies, most nerd type culture as well. One of us owns a pop up bar business on the side, so you'll often see glasses go through the dishwasher in bulk so for fairness he will buy all the dishwasher pods (there is a dishwasher btw). Hoping the new housemates can be people we get along with as we like to entertain.

We dont need anyone to move in for a while, which is hopefully helpful for who is looking and wants to plan things out more thoroughly.
