A well-presented two-bedroom flat with a spacious and welcoming living area is available, as I am relocating and looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is currently unfurnished; however, I may be able to leave the bed base for the next tenant if helpful. I previously comfortably fitted a small double bed and a study table in the room.

The current contract which the tenant will be taking over runs until 15th October 2026. it is a joint and severally liable tenancy agreement subject to reference check prior acceptance.
