Friendly House - Double Ensuite Room off Mill Road

We are looking for a new friendly housemate to join our houseshare. The room available is a double ensuite room on the third floor.

Useful Info:
- Just off popular Mill Road, only 15 mins to the station and 25 into the city centre
- Shared Kitchen and living room
- Private Garden, with bike storage
- Council Tax included plus a bi-weekly cleaner for the shared areas
- Remaining bills are split between housemates, around £30 a month (fluctuating)

About Us:

We are a friendly bunch, all young professionals with jobs ranging from engineering to museum work. Aged between 25 and 30. We often chill and watch tv together after work and occasionally have movie, board game or pub nights. We also respect each others private time. We would love to find someone who would like to join in and hang out.

Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
