We're on Ramsden Square (Just off of Milton Road, CB4), with nice commuting links:
- 5 to 10-minute walk to Cambridge Science Park.
- 20-minute walk or a short cycle to Cambridge North Train Station.
- Close to the Guided Busway and local bus stops.
- Direct cycle path into the city centre via Milton Road.
- Easy driving access to the A14



We’re a group of 3 close friends, aged 27-28, two working as engineers and one studying for a PhD at Imperial College London. Two of us met through work and the third joined via SpareRoom a couple of years ago. 

We’re a very social household: we regularly cook together, have BBQs in the summer, play board games/D&D, pub/restaurant trips, watch movies in or at the cinema, and play Switch. Between us we also have quite a few sporting interests: climbing/bouldering, tennis, gym, yoga, and are getting into padel. We have a wider friend group in the area that we socialise with and go on holidays together. 



We’d love a housemate who is keen to get involved. We’re looking for a professional or mature student around our age, men or women welcome. Ideally, we’d like someone looking for a longer-term stay.
