Cheap room in conveniently located house

I’m moving out of my current sharehouse and looking to sublet from around the start of May to the 31st of August—ideally for most/all of that time but negotiable. £500 per month plus bills.

The room includes a 3/4 (small double) bed, desk & chair, chest of drawers and clothing rail, with a shared kitchen and split bathroom. There is street parking and space for bikes, we’re very nearby to the Mill Road shops, Coldham’s Lane Sainsbury’s and it’s easy to get into the city centre.

It’s the smallest room in the house, and we’ve had a few issues with mould and damp, which the price of the room reflects, but we anticipate that they will clear up with the warmer weather and the use of dehumidifiers (i. e. not really be an issue by May). Housemates are lovely and very friendly (three early career young professionals).
