Double bed room available in all student house

Student house in quiet and safe area, we are looking for a student of any gender to join us for a year! We won't have to pay council tax if we are all students! We are a 5 minute walk from the Beehive centre, 20 minutes from the station and 20 minutes from ARU campus. There is parking space, bike storage space, a garden, and the room has a very small balcony with floor length windows that open inwards fully. Loads of wardrobe and under bed storage available. The bathroom will be shared with two other people located on the same floor, and a bin and cleaning rota is in place. The shower is big and has two types of shower heads, each person gets a shelf and two hooks to keep their things. The kitchen will be shared and we keep the area clean, we have a bin rota and cupboard space will be available. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, two large fridge-freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is living space in the conservatory with sofas, chairs, a table and TV. The rent goes through one person so we all pay them in time and they send it off. We've sorted out the bills and that is distributed between us, on average they cost an extra £40 each per month including energy, wifi, water and insurance.
