Large Double Room All Inc, Close To Centre

AVAILABLE 5 JULY: All bills included, I have a large double room in a large house in a good central location on Elizabeth way about 15-18 minutes walk to central Cambridge or 8 minutes cycle time and 10 minutes walk to Grafton/ARU. The room currently has a double bed.

The room is furnished and has double wardrobes with good space for storage.

The house is large and friendly with 11 tenants currently 7 female and 4 male and has a very international mix of young professionals and postgrads/mature undergrad students from UK and Europe and sometimes Asia (currently Spain, Portugal, UK, Romania, Poland and Baltics). Everyone speaks good English and there is a house WhatsApp group to keep in touch.

There are 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets and a queue is very unlikely as everyone has quite different working hours. There's a large kitchen with plenty of storage, ovens, fridges etc. plus a rear yard with cycle stand for everyone's bikes.

There's a good sized TV room with Virgin cable channels and Virgin broadband and ALL of your bills are included in the monthly rent.

We are looking for a tidy and responsible person, preferably working/professional. Students should be post grads or undergrads but with a mature outlook (preferably working part-time). This is absolutely NOT a wild party house.

6 months lets are preferred, though periods a bit shorter will certainly be considered.
