We are looking for a clean, responsible, sociable person to share a tidy and friendly house. We base our relationship on well established rules that are agreed upon at the start, that emphasise the respect of each other to ensure a harmonious atmosphere in the house. The room is fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The shared living and dining rooms are cosy and the 3 comfy sofas and decoration contribute in making this house feel like a home. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridges and 2 freezers, a washing machine, stoves, electric oven, and a new boiler. There is a newly refurbished bathroom with a toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet. The rent includes bills and covers broadband, cable TV, phone, TV license, gas, electricity, and council tax. Conveniently located off Newmarket Rd, it is within easy access to shops, the train station (10 min by bike), the city centre (under 15 min by bike)and the river (5min walk). Bus citi3 connects to the city centre in 10 min and the train station in 15-20 min. There is a very large beautiful garden with a couple of apple and plum trees, and a shed to store bikes.
