❤Beautiful Double!❤

Hello everyone, we have a lovely double room available in our house :). Please see the video and photos that we have posted. The house is large and has a maximum of three people living here as there are three bedrooms. At present there are two of us - Sarah, and Ben (me). We are not a couple and are looking for someone to take the third and last room :).

We have two bathrooms and the bathroom with this room is just used by one other (Sarah) who is considerate and tidy.

We are both really friendly and considerate people and we really welcome a third person here :). The house has been lovely during the present situation as it is calm, gets lots of sun and has a great garden which I mow and maintain.

Bertie, a gentle Labrador lives with us and he is very friendly and lovely to have around. We also have a little cat who tends to keep herself to herself, sleeping in a quiet spot upstairs or being outside.

The room is a good sized double room with solid oak furniture, a large double wardrobe, double bed, desk and overlooks the garden! The street is really quiet with no through traffic.

The rest of the house comprises a large, open plan kitchen and living area with large doors onto the garden.

There is lots of parking on the road and bus stops within three minutes' walk.
