I have a spacious double room available in in Cherry Hinton, close to local amenities, bus routes and good access to the town center via car/bicycle.
The flat has been fully refurbished, clean modern bathroom/shower and spacious modern kitchen, lounge and dining area.
I am a working professional, laid back and like the house to be kept tidy. Looking for a responsible, friendly professional to share with.
The room includes wardrobe, desk, chair, bed side table and bed. TV point available. The bed is a single though I have no problem if you want to arrange a double bed.
All bills and 30Mb Wi-Fi included. Off road parking available.
