The sitting tenants are all working professionals and have created a very friendly, sociable place to live. All are easy going, clean & tidy and are hoping to find a like minded professional to join them. The house is located in the North of Cambridge just 10 mins walk from the city centre.

There is a very large communal space with a modern kitchen, a large secure bike shed, a good sized patio with table & chairs for a BBQ and also a heated drying room for clothes. There is also a large garden & vegetable patch.
