We have a lovely double room available now in our 4 girl house share. The house is painted in modern neutrals, fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is off street parking for 2 cars and a large, south facing garden.
The room is furnished with a double bed/memory foam mattress, shelves, large chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and black out blinds. It has two windows, so is nice and bright!
Rent is inclusive of all bills, superfast broadband and a cleaner for the communal areas twice a month.
The house is on a quiet road close to Abbey Sports Centre, on bus route 3 to the city centre, station and Addenbrookes and has good road links out of the city to A14/A10/M11.
This is a really lovely quiet house share where you can feel at home it is not a party house! We are looking for someone calm, friendly and tidy.
