Single rooms Rent is £650 per month, inclusive of gas, electricity, water, Council Tax bills and Wi-fi Internet access.

Located 20 minutes walk from Addenbrookes Hospital and train station.

Kitchen with gas hob, washing-machine, fridge-freezer and microwave; dining/living room, spacious garden with deck.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, who enjoys company and considers their house a home. References required, one month's rent payable in advance and a deposit of one month's rent.
