The flat is a recent new build (9 year old) semi detached in a pleasant street in North Cambridge. 5-7 minutes cycle into town.
The flat is very well provisioned in terms of bathrooms / toilets. There are two showers and two toilets, beside the master bedroom. There is also a fair amount of storage space.
The flat has two floors, the top floor (the room available) is the master bedroom and has an ensuite toilet and built in wardrobe.
Modern kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave. Small backyard with a covered bikestand area, large enough for bbqs. Two zip cars 5 or so minutes walk away.
