We are looking for a friendly professional to join us in this nice clean 2 bathrooms 4 bedrooms family house.

The rent is £140 pw. Room is available from now until 2 Feb (preferably). We can discuss about long term stay though.
Nice double room with: bookcase, bedside table, computer table and chair, 4-door built-in wardrobe and storage space. There is plenty of sunlight in the morning and pleasant garden view from the big double-glazed windows.

Access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and dinning room. Garage for bike parking. Off road parkings available.
About us:
A family of a young professional couple with a little daughter and son.

Expect those who cook lightly and keep clean.

Facilities:
We live in an en suite so the main bathroom won't be busy. Shared common area: open-plan kitchen and dinning room with washing machine, microwave, toaster, dual ovens, gas hobs, double-door fridge and freezer.
Living room is not shared.
Bicycle storage and off-street car parking are available.

Traffic:
Walking distance to ARM, Fulbourn capital park, Short bike ride to Addenbrooks, rail station, city center.

Fees:
All bills included: high-speed WIFI, council tax, utility bills.
