Two bedrooms available in friendly family home

Hello everyone

I have two double bedrooms very spacious) available in my family home, sharing with my husband (both working part time). We also have a friendly Scottish man who works at Cambridge airport.

Bedroom 1

The bedroom is front facing and gets good natural lighting throughout the day. It has plenty of built-in wardrobes, and is furnished with a double bed, desk and side tables.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom overlooks our garden where we grow apples, pears, figs and more. The bedroom also has a desk, lots of storage and built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom and garden are all clean shared spaces for everyone to enjoy.

We are looking for friendly, tidy and considerate people to share our home with. This is not a party home but rather a peaceful and happy home for you to enjoy.

Rent

The rent is inclusive of all utility bills and Virgin fibre optic broadband.

Travel

We are a 5 minutes walk from the Citi 3 bus stop and a 15 minute cycle ride into the city centre. Any bikes can be kept safely in our garage.

We are also very close to the river Cam which has great pubs to watch the boat races from and is a direct route to city centre.

A14 is around the corner and Tesco, the gym and swimming pool are all within a 5-10 minute cycle ride to Tesco.
