Good size double room. ( Can be twins room or single room ) Big window airy light with garden view and Shared bathroom, kitchen, sitting room, garden.

Looking preferably for one female full time student. who is clean tidy, willing to clean their own room and good manner to share this cosy house.

Note children and dogs in the house, you must like children and dogs to live here.

Room rate £599 per month all in.

To secure the room. one month deposit and one month rent in advance, Deposit is returnable.
