The room shares a shower room with only one other housemate. The kitchen is fully equipped and has two fridge freezers, a washing machine, separate tumble drier and dishwasher. A sitting room with cable TV and internet is provided. Outside there is a pretty communal garden with secure bike storage and on the street plenty of off road parking.

The house is kept clean and tidy by a friendly, mix of professionals working regular hours in consultancy, game design, data analysis and biotech.

As local landlords we value keeping the house in good condition and do communal cleaning and gardening every two weeks.

If you would like to see the room please tell me a little about yourself. Shift workers, couples and students would not be suitable. A placement student would be fine.
