My room is going to be free soon in this nice 3 bedroom modern house. It is a large 12m2 room with a big window and a view over a green field. Please note that the room is unfurnished.

The house has a good-sized kitchen and a shared living area. There are two toilets for you to use. We also have a small study room, great for any extra storage boxes you may have or just for drying clothes. If you arrive with even more boxes (like I did), you can use the shed outside for extra storage space. We also have a garden and a carport.

There is no need to worry about parking in Orchard park - all the roads are free for all. If you prefer to use public transport, the bus stop is 3 mins away and bus B takes you into the city in 10-15mins. You can even walk to the city in 45 mins or just cycle like everybody does.

You will be sharing with two British professionals in their mid-late 20s. The house atmosphere is friendly and we like to keep the shared areas clean. The house was build about 2 years ago, so everything is still in a great condition. The house is equipped with the fastest BT internet.

In the floor plan, your room is marked as Bedroom 2.
