The property is a large detached house north of the city center, on an attractive tree lined road just off Histon Road.
The house has a large open-plan kitchen/living room with french doors opening out onto the patio. The kitchen is modern with plenty of storage space and fridge/freezer space for everyone. There's one substantial and bright family bathroom upstairs as well as a downstairs toilet.
The house currently has four other people living there: an international group in their mid-twenties working as biologists, machine learning engineers and archeologists etc. They are really friendly and the house has a fantastic atmosphere. As such it would be great to find a new house mate that will be able to barbecue the burgers on a Saturday afternoon without burning them. The current residents cook and dine together regularly: it would be great to find someone looking for this kind of sociable environment.
It's just a short cycle ride to both the city center and the science park.
