The real highlight of the house is the atmosphere: it's an incredibly friendly house, perfect for young professionals that are new to Cambridge! The house mates frequently eat together, so let us know if you want to come join the Roseford family!

The room that is becoming available is marked as bedroom 5 on the schematic (see images). It is the biggest room in the house: it's really very spacious. It has a double bed and measures 5.46 x 3.18m

The room will be available from 21st March 2025.

The property is a large detached house north of the city center, on an attractive tree lined road just off Histon Road.

The house has a large open-plan kitchen/living room with french doors opening out onto the patio. The kitchen is modern with plenty of storage space and fridge/freezer space for everyone. There's one substantial and bright family bathroom upstairs as well as a downstairs toilet.

The house currently has four other people living there: an international group in their mid-twenties working as biologists, machine learning engineers and archeologists etc. They are really friendly and the house has a fantastic atmosphere. As such it would be great to find a new house mate that will be able to barbecue the burgers on a Saturday afternoon without burning them. The current residents cook and dine together regularly: it would be great to find someone looking for this kind of sociable environment.

It's just a short cycle ride to both the city center and the science park.

Outside is a good size garden with a patio as well as tables and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a brick built secure storage shed which can be used to store bikes and any other larger items that you don't want to keep in your room. There is parking for at least two cars in front of the house.

The house is double glazed throughout and well insulated.

Included in the rent are all bills, council tax, superfast 50mb high-speed internet and weekly cleaning of the common rooms.
