We have a fully furnished large double bedroom available from 24th June. The room is on the second floor. The room includes a double bed, two bedside tables, a book shelf and a fitted wardrobe. The shower room is directly accessible from the bedroom.

The house is about 5 minutes walking distance from both Mill Road and the train station. 15 minutes by foot to the city centre of Cambridge, 5 minutes by bike. The house locates in a very quiet area.
The shared areas include a large modern kitchen with dining area, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dedicated utility room with washing machine. The very bright large living room has TV and sofa. There is also a garage used as a storage room (ideal for big luggage for example)

You will share the house with 2 other tenants.

You should ideally be a young professional. No undergraduates, please. Sorry! Male or female does not matter. You should be easy going and friendly but also tidy and not afraid of a cleaning rota. It is not permitted to smoke in the house.

The monthly rent is £800. The bills are included (electricity, gas, water, council tax, optic fibre internet). A contract will be signed and a £800 deposit will be required.

Couples are also welcome. However, the monthly rent would be £900.
