We have a spacious double room available in a friendly house share near the popular Mill Road area.

The house has a spacious garden, a living room, dining room, and a separate shower and toilet alongside the kitchen (which also has a washer).

The bedroom available is quite large and comes with a double bed, a sink and a wardrobe.

There's two of us here beyond August, but we're looking to add a third housemate from September onward. It's a multi-cultural house: Chris is 23 and is a web developer from England, and I'm 28 and an admissions officer in higher education from the States. We're both really nice and easy-going individuals, so we're looking for a like-minded housemate.

All amenities are within easy walking distance: cafes, greengrocer, pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the Cambridge railway station.

The rent is £425 per month not including bills. It's normally about another £60-£80 per person per month for bills (broadband, council tax, electricity, gas, and water). So you're looking at around £500 in total per month.

Additionally, there's a deposit of £600 and one admin fee of £100 (the agency just checks that you have a job).

Available from 1st September. Professionals only (sorry, no students).
