Double, En Suite, with cooking own facilities

Hello,

I have a fully furnished double bedroom with en-suite shower and its own cooking facilities to rent in my home. The room overlooks the garden and come with a double bed with storage draws, wardrobe, chest of draws side table and lamp ect. The room also benefits from having its own fridge, combination microwave oven, double hotplate, kettle and sink.

The room is on a separate floor from the rest of my home, so it’s nice and private and my house is located in a quite close with a large communal green which you can make full use. You will also have use of a shared washing machine, and if needed, the garage to store one bike.

My home is within easy reach of the science park and the center of town – both around 10 mins by bike. It has easy access to the A14, M11 and A10. It also benefits from being only a 2 min walk from the nearest bus stop. The new Cambridge North station is also close by. There are local amenities within a two min walk - co-op, pharmacy as well as a couple of take-away's.

While I can’t offer off street parking you will always find a space on the road outside the house. The close is quiet and there are no parking charges.

The rent is £650 PCM inclusive of all bills, including fast broadband. I am professional 39 year old and am looking for a quiet, friendly and considerate lodger who doesn't mind cats as I have 2!

Please be aware this is not a self-contained unit. It is a room to rent in my home and as such there is no lock on the bedroom door. I am just putting the finishing touches to this newly refurbished space (curtains are still to go up and there is a white wardrobe coming) so apologies for the quality of the photos.
