City Centre is 20 mins walk and 10 mins cycle.

En-suite bathroom with bath and shower over.

Room includes cooking area with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils and storage space.

Includes off-street parking on the driveway. Large window with double glazing.

House shared with me and my mid 20’s son.

This is a self contained room at the front looking onto a quiet leafy street, with no access to the rest of the house.

Lots of storage in the bathroom, wardrobe and above cooking area and tenant is welcome to leave all their things over the weekends.

All bills included with super-fast broadband, room will be cleaned weekly.

The room is for one person only.

We don’t have a cat at the moment, but may get one soon.

Bedding provided - changed fortnightly.
