The room consists of furnishings including a double bed, a full-length mirror and a newly fitted built-in wardrobe. The living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden are all accessible, clean, shared spaces. The kitchen consists of a large fridge, washing machine, and gas cooker. The bathroom has been newly refurbished.

Utility bills, broadband and council tax are included in the rent. There are parking spaces to the rear of the house and a bus stop less than 2 minutes walk from the house, which directly stops at the city centre, train station and Tesco Newmarket Road.

I am a criminology graduate and I work part-time. I would like to live with someone who is professional and respectful. My home is a great place for anyone who would like to have somewhere where they can work, study or relax after work/uni etc. I live here with my son. My home would not be appropriate for someone who wishes to party.
