We, Audrey and MArio, are looking for a new housemate from beggining of July 2019! Our current housemate Sergio is moving back to homeland so there is a room avaiable soon.

We enjoy living together in a spacious and tidy 3-bed house in the north of Cambridge (in a quiet neighbourhood just off Histon Road), where we love to come together after a (tough) day at work for some shared meal, a chat, a cup of tea or even a little glass of prosecco/red.

We are looking for someone between our ages (24-32) who is seeking something similar and adds to this friendly and cosy atmosphere in the house! The spare room is a single room with 1 window facing south into the back garden. It comes unfurnished but there is some furniture and a double matress we can provide.

It is located on the first floor, together with our rooms, a bathroom (with shower over bath), a separate WC and a small storage/boiler room.

The rent is £530 per month (incl. all bills and council tax!).

The ground floor of the house is shared and includes a spacious living room with fireplace and couch, a beautifully furnished kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a dining room, a conservatory and a cold-storage room. At the back of the house is a covered patio area, ideal for BBQ even in the rain! From here you can access our large, sunny garden and the garage, which provides safe storage for bikes.

If you have a car, you can park it in our driveway. Grapes, herbs, plums and walnuts grow in our garden and if you like home-grown food, there’s a lot of space for more vegetables plots.
