The Levels - building

It is a private rent, no agency fees! My flatmate is moving out at the beginning of January and I am looking for a new person to share the flat. My flatmate's lease ends on the 5th January.

Viewing:
I can arrange for a video viewing (Whatsapp, Zoom etc). I am away for Christmas between 18th December and 1st January so the viewing would have to happen outside of these dates.

Flatmate:
I am a scientist working at the Addenbrooke's campus at the University of Cambridge with a range of interests including sports, history, films, politics and science. I am an easy-going person looking for a similarly minded flatmate. I consider the flat to be a place where I relax and unwind after work and I hope to find a similarly minded flatmate.

The Room:
Carpeted, centrally located, double bedroom with built-in double wardrobe and underfloor heating. The room comes with adjacent bathroom - White bath with shower over, basin and WC with heated towel rail, fully tiled with under floor heating.

The Flat:
Exceptionally well presented 850 ft² (79 m²) furnished two double bedroom, two bathroom first floor apartment with Juliet balcony overlooking Hills Road. Doubled glazed throughout. Excellently located for Cambridge rail station, Addenbrookes Hospital, varied local amenities including the leisure centre and complete with video entry system, secure parking and bike store. Living room comprising balcony, wooden flooring and opening to fully fitted the kitchen with integrated appliances:
- Ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
- Washing / drying machine housed in store cupboard in the hallway.
There is outside storage for bikes.
The flat is fully furnished by landlord (new beds, desks, tables, wardrobes, bookshelves, microwave, electric oven, hob, dishwasher and f/freezer).
