En-suite room - new-build flat - great location

The room on offer

An en-suite double bedroom is available from 1 November 2017 in a new complex development at Great Kneighton in Trumpington. The flat is close to Addenbrookes / Biomedical Campus, the M11 motorway and the Busway so it's great for getting around. There's plenty of designated car parking available if needed.

The flat is unfurnished but I have sofas, armchairs and a dining table in the lounge and the kitchen is fully fitted-out so all you would need to provide is a bed and anything else you'd want in your room. If it's of interest, I currently occupy the second bedroom which comes with sole use of the big main bathroom so could swap if that was preferred.

Bills (electric, gas, water, Internet, TV license and council tax) normally come to £130-150 per month, bringing the total per month to around £700-725. The deposit should be around £796 but I am in the process of checking this with the management company.

About me - I'm a professional town planner, considerate and fairly quiet. I generally like to chill out in the evening with a beer (if work isn't getting in the way!).
