Cosy double room available off Mill Road

The room

Hello! I'm moving away from Cambridge In Sept to start a new job so looking for a new housemate to move in to the room that will become available. Unfortunately, we can't consider undergraduate students but may be able to accommodate post-graduates.

The room is on the second floor and unfurnished. The house itself is modern and comes fully equipped with all the amenities including parking spaces, communal lounge, gas burners, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and three (!) toilets. We are situated on Cromwell Road i. e. just off Mill Road where there are lots of shops, cafes, and pubs. It's also near the main train station and there's a gym at the end of the street too. It's around 10 minutes by bike to the town centre and 20 minutes to the Science Park. Including bills, the rent is £507 a month. The main highlights are my housemates, who are a lovely bunch – I'm sad to be leaving!
