We are three friends studying in ARU and also working and we currently need to find one flatmate for one bedroom in a house near ARU.
At the moment there is 1 single room to rent for £475 without bills, which are around £10 for gas and electricity and £6.75 for broadband monthly.
The house has a living room with sofa, television with channels from different countries, fully equipped kitchen with a laundry machine and a garden with BBQ set. On the first floor, there is a toilet that is separate from the bathroom and we have enough kitchen utensils, so no worries on buying plates and saucepans.
We want to live in a friendly environment and enjoy each others company.
