One of our house mates is leaving us so we are looking for someone to move into our 5 bed house. It's just off Mill road and has one bathroom between 4 of us as there is also one en suite. The room is a doublet and is available from the 20th of January. There is a living room and a garden with a bike shed (apparently vital in Cambridge!).
We are all professionals between the ages of 23 and 27. We would like someone similar who is friendly and would be up for the odd pub trip/pub quiz or movie night. At the moment we are two girls and two guys and have no preference for the new housemate. We're mixed European nationalities.
Rent is 560 a month, that includes a cleaner every two weeks and council tax. Other bills come to about 50 a month.
