Beautiful double Room, Next to Station

I'm looking for someone to share my beautiful home alongside my 3 year old cockapoo.

This is my home so we would need to meet first either online or in person. Please don't message me saying that you want the room without telling me about yourself.

The double room is in a Victorian house 2 mins from the station, 3 mins from Mill Rd and 5 mins from city centre so I'm next to transport connections all over Cambridge.

Bills are included- council tax, gas, electricity, WiFi, so there's no risk of a nasty shock at the end of the month.

The house I believe is beautiful- judge for yourself from the pics- the kitchen has recently been completely updated. It's a home and I've been told has a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The house has all usual mod cons- high speed wifi, washing machine etc. There is a small sun-drenched back patio garden that is quiet and private.

You will need to be an animal lover as sharing the house is Rosie my three year old cockapoo She is incredibly sweet natured and loves to be with people.

The room itself is at the back of the house so very quiet. It has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves for books.

I'm interested in community, psychology, spirituality, bodywork, sustainability. I lived for several years in Thailand in a mindful community and love exploring the world.

I work from home and have clients come to the house, so ideally you will be going to work during the work.

I'm looking for someone mature and independent but also friendly and wanting to spend some time together- shared meals etc.

Please note that I am currently in the process of selling the house (which will take at least 3/4 months) so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with a short term contract (3 months with a possibility of extending this)
