The rent excludes bills, which are between roughly £90 (summer) and £110 (winter) per person in total (council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband).

The house features a living room and a dining room. The spacious kitchen has an electric double oven with gas hob, a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave oven and breakfast table and chairs. The property has a loft conversion which is currently being used as office space and for storage, and there is a fold-out bed for the use of guests. There is full gas central heating, a bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet, and another toilet upstairs.

The kitchen opens onto a secure back garden with side access and a shed which can be used to store bicycles.

Your new housemates will be a design engineer and science phd. We are looking for a sociable housemate who likes a chat and perhaps cooking together every now and again!
