Modern large double furnished room

Location is 10 minute bike ride from the city centre
I am currently living in a large double room in a newly refurbished large modern houseshare
The room comes with a large double suede studded bed and luxury mattress
2 white gloss bedside tables with draws
2 grey bedside lamps
A white gloss wardrobe
And a large set of white gloss double drawers
My room is one of 2 on the ground floor, therefore you will only be sharing the wet room with one other person,
The wet room has a walk in shower, toilet sink, mirror and heated radiator stand.
We also benefit from a large laundry room complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer which is a massive help in these cold months.
Downstairs we have a chill out room with a white leather sofa, leather single armchair, poofay, and mounted large flat screen tv, complete with Netflix already paid for and set up for your use.
We have a massive kitchen, once again large flatscreen tv in there, dining table and chairs, 2 fridge/freezers so you will have plenty of space, and a large area to cook, complete with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave etc.
From the kitchen is a large garden, it is private and perfectly safe to keep your bike locked at night.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I am looking to move out as soon as possible. The rent is paid on the 1st of every month at £615.
You will pay the rent from the date you move in and it will be divided from the amount of days left in the month (if you move in on the 20th and there are 30 days left in the month, you will only pay rent for those 10 days to begin with)
