Room for rent in a shared house in Central Cambridge. Room is unfurnished, but does include double bed, wardrobe, shelf space and a desk. Rent includes bills and broadband. There is a small garden, a shared living room and dining room, and 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with a bath. Current tenants are both professional men in their mid-thirties, quiet but friendly. Currently looking for a new flatmate to fill the available room who will fit in with the household. As one of the tenants, I'll be the one who will facilitating any views of the property, and I'm more than happy to answer any questions you may have before then.

Rent is £600 a month inclusive. There is no security deposit, however we would ask that should you choose to take the room you pay a month in advance. We would also require a guarantor. We are happy to consider couples, but there would be an increase in rent of an extra £150 a month. The council tax band is E.
