Double room is available in a lovely house. Room is available from 07/06/2019.

The house has a great location:

Cambridge Leisure Park- 0.6 Miles
Cambridge City Centre-1.5 Miles
Addenbrooke's Hospital- 1.4 Miles
Railway Station-0.9 Miles

There are 7 professional tenants in the house, in 5 double rooms and in 2 singles. The current tenants are 3 guys and 4 girls, all professionals in their late-twenties

The en-suite room is fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped, and house has a separate living area with sofas and TV.
Everything in the house is very high quality and I would expect it to be much better than most rental houses you have seen.

I'm looking for a professional tenant, who would be able to move in within the next few weeks

Included in the rent are all bills, WiFi and Weekly cleaning of the common rooms.

Unfortunately there isn't any short-term lets available so please only reply if your are able to move on or around the above dates for a minimum 6 months.
