This is a 3 bed property (2 doubles & 1 single). It is rented out as a whole property from a private landlord- it is NOT a HMO with individual contracts.

I'm a tenant who has rented here for 10 years and help the landlord with the property maintenance.

Looking for a professional, someone who is clean, tidy, quiet, friendly, generally easy going, someone who has fairly minimal stuff to avoid clutter in communal areas. It would suit someone who's looking for a friendly, cosy and quiet home as opposed to a HMO.

We're not a party house, we do enjoy peace and quiet, especially sleeping and resting but also very happy to socialise and spend time together too.

We have a weekly cleaning rota to ensure cleaning is fair and equal.

Bills are on top and are split evenly between us each month.
