Ultra Modern City Center Flat

Hi,
I’m currently looking for a Flatmate to take over the double bedroom in a 2-bedroom flat.

I am looking ideally for someone to move in by December 2021.

The flat is 10’ away from the central train station by foot and next to local amenities. It is very modern and the bedroom advertised has a built-in wardrobe and an external bathroom with a hot tub. It comes unfurnished so it can also be personalized.

The flat has all necessary appliances and is furnished by myself. Therefore looking for someone very considerate who will take care of the flat and furniture.


The development has its own gym, swimming pool, sauna and concierge service. There is bicycle storage. Parking is extra. Rent includes water charges. The flat has broadband (£22/month) and electricity (avg £65/month). Council tax is £210/month. All bills are shared. The contract will be 6 months min and is through a letting agency not myself. Therefore, background checks and references will be necessary.

I am an easygoing person, like to socialise but also enjoy having personal time.

I have lived with some amazing people which turned into friendships over the years.

At the end of the day, I am just looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and can share responsibilities.

P. S. Due to the current COVID-19 climate, it will be necessary to take precautionary measures when viewing the property.
