I am looking for a friendly professional to share a two bed flat situated in Winstanley Court near the Nuffield health center. It is hardly a 10 minute walk to the Cambridge Retail Park and the Beehive Center with a lot of shops such as Asda, Homebase etc. With just 10 mins to Mill road it's a perfect location for someone who is looking for place near the City center. 

The room is a double bed room with a wardrobe. There is also a big bathroom which would be mainly used by you as I have an ensuite. The rent is 550£ per month excluding the bills. The room does not include a bed frame. There is a brand new mattress that the previous tenant purchased which she might consider selling at reduced price.

I am a 25 year old engineer working at the Cambridge Business Park in the company Qualcomm. I've been living in Cambridge for over a year now. I would prefer a female professional to share the place with. I am looking for someone who wants to make the apartment a home.

The lease is arranged by the agency. The contract is 12 month. Referencing would be done by the agency.
