I'm an NHS Doctor having to sadly leave my lovely modern central flat in Cambridge to work as a Doctor in London. I've loved living in the flat with 3 other friends from Wolfson College (one couple sharing large bedroom ensuite) and another (nearly all ex-graduate students working in Cambridge).
The rental period would be a 2 months term from 4th August to 4th October 2020. Earlier rental is a possibility from 24th July.
2 housemates are now working, one as a doctor at Addenbrookes 5 mins cycle away and the other at Apple in software development. The other is finishing off his PhD in Engineering at Cambridge.
The bathroom (shared with one) and kitchen/living space are high spec. The flat sits in a gated development with porter services and secure underground bike parking you have access to. There is a communal garden lawn and patio I have been using during lockdown to sit and read in!
Bills are organised by the flat mates. Due to being built in 2013 bills are insanely cheap, water is included in rental price and electricity bills are low. Bills come to around £30 a month (electricity, broadband, plus council tax (£50). The flat sharer would have to pass referencing just like all the other flat mates have already.
