Double room near station

We're looking for a new housemate for a cosy room in a friendly house-share in Devonshire Road, as Alex is moving on after nearly 3 years in the house.

His room overlooks the rear garden has a double bed, wardrobe & desk.
The house has two bathrooms to share between five people (& there's also an extra toilet on the ground floor). Although there is no separate shared living room, the kitchen does have a small sofa, tv and dining table which offers some nice communal space for the housemates.

The kitchen opens onto an enclosed, patio garden which also includes a covered lean-to area for bike storage.
The rent of £675/month includes all bills. There will be a 6-month standard AST Contract, but the landlord will be very flexible and responsive if your needs change - as long as he gets 1 month's notice in advance.

We're looking for young professionals or postgrad students who are responsible and used to living in a friendly, international, shared house environment.
