Unfurnished room available in a lovely 4 bedroom female houseshare in fab location - 5 minute walk to Mill Road, 10 min cycle to Addenbrookes hospital, train station and city centre.

Double room available now, unfurnished but comes with a wardrobe (you can see the wardrobe in the photo). The room is lovely and cosy and can easily fit a double bed (there is a photo of the room furnished to show this). The room is at the back of the house so is very peaceful, sunny and quiet, overlooking the back garden.

Downstairs is a nicely furnished cosy living room with two sofas where we like to hang out and eat. There is also a conservatory with another sofa. The garden is massive with lovely trees, plants, patio area and a fire pit - perfect for toasting marshmallows in the winter and sunbathing and gardening in the summer! 2 hobs and 2 ovens in the kitchen so you'll never need to wait to cook! Upstairs there is a family bathroom with a shower over bath and there is also a downstairs toilet. 2 large outhouses in the back garden to store bikes or anything else you need to store.

Rent is very reasonable at £450 per month, plus approximately £100 bills each month (bills include gas, electricity, council tax, water and wifi) so around £550 in total per month. Live out landlords are a lovely couple who are helpful and great at communicating.

We are three girl professionals aged 23-33. It would be nice if you fancied having dinner together sometimes or a chat after work, chilling out watching a film together or popping out to a cafe or pub at the weekend (when allowed!).
