Double room for single use

Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to join us soon.
The house is located in CB1, a 10 minutes cycle from the train station and Addenbrookes Hospital, 15 minutes to the city centre, and are close to bus stops for lines 2 and 3.
The double room we're offering is fully furnished and includes a double bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, a chest drawer as well as space for a desk and a bedside table. The bathroom is shared with us, and there is a downstairs toilet that can be used as well.
The shared areas also include a spacious living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. We have a big garage to park bikes and for additional storage, very ample front parking and a large garden for parties and enjoying the sun!
We live with and indoor caged guinea pig named Lillo, so pets are allowed only if compatible.
We are looking for a clean and tidy professional or mature student (preferably around our age but not a must). We like board games and watching TV together, we're very friendly and inclusive but also like and respect much needed quiet times!
