We are friendly and respectful housemates. We have varied interests, including gardening, plants, music, nature, farming, sea and river swimming, camping, dancing, yoga, reading. We like to live sustainably and with awareness of environmental issues, recycling, etc.
The property is a Victorian terrace house near the river and commons. It has a big light kitchen opening onto the patio and garden, a sitting room with open fire, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room and 4 bedrooms over 3 floors. Gas central heating.
The available room is on the 1st floor. It has a raised bed and a sofa sitting area and desk.
Some bills are included apart from the gas bill, £16 pcm, electric, £25pcm and a £15 a month fee for a cleaner to maintain communal areas. So bills are £56 pcm.
We also have a vegetable growing garden and polytunnel if anyone would enjoy growing their own food.
