Large furnished double room in a house on Brookfields CB1 (end of Mill Road). There are three housemates staying all young professionals between the ages of 28-33, 2 females and one male. We are quite an international group; Singaporian, Italian and British. We are looking for someone who is also a young professional (or PhD student) and who is friendly yet respectful and responsible. We all work during the day (and one housemate does nightshifts as a nurse) and so are quite busy, yet also enjoy watching TV and eating together in the evenings.
The room overlooks the garden and comes with a; double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard and bedside table, and an option to purchase a desk, chair and carpet from me (outgoing tenant). There is one bathroom shared between all of us.
The rent is super cheap- 300 pounds a month (not including bills) ! And bills (electricity, water, internet,) are about 60 pounds a month. We will be holding viewings on Monday the 11th of July from 4-6pm.
