Double room in friendly houseshare off Mill Rd

We are a friendly, sociable houseshare living in a beautiful house on Madras Road, just off Mill Road.

The room is on the first floor and overlooks the garden. It would come fully furnished as in the photos, except without the bedside table or TV. It’s a lovely light double room, with large windows.

You would share the bathroom with Molly and Amber, as Toby has an en-suite in the attic.

We have a shared living room/dining room and kitchen, with no bedrooms on the ground floor.

We are looking for someone that is friendly and sociable, who is a professional aged 25-31.

I am going travelling for 4 months+ and looking for someone to fill my room whilst I’m away. This would be a flexible arrangement, beginning with 4 months with the potential to extend to up to a year.

Our landlord is great and has put lots of love into the house, it’s a really lovely place to live.

Council tax (approx £35 p/month), cleaner (£15 p/month), Wi-Fi (£13 p/month) and other bills are not included in the rent price.

There is free on street parking available on our road and we are a 10-12 minute walk to Cambridge Train Station.
