Central Cambridge. Lovely room, overlooking the church, 2 other female lodgers, Bills Included.

Easy walk to Cambridge University and city centre, or cycle / bus to hospital, Biomedical centre or Science park.

The room available is first floor, has a big window overlooking the church - Its furnished with a bed, mattress ,hanging space, desk and chair & large Set of drawers, There is also a venetian and blackout blind and a heating radiator. It is very quiet and very private considering its right in the centre of Cambridge.

There is a shared bathroom (with one other person) which has a bath, shower, toilet, wash-basin, mirror, bathroom cabinet and window.

On 1st floor there is one other lodger and on the second floor one other lodger with an ensuite room. There's also an additional toilet on the ground floor. You have use of the kitchen as long as you clean it up as you go. You have your own cupboard for food, and a shelf in the fridge and one space in the freezer you can use. There is a Gas cooker, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

You can use the rear courtyard garden for secure bike storage, drying your laundry or chilling out and relaxing on the bistro set.

I live on the ground floor, but I am seldom there.

I'm looking for someone quiet, tidy and respectful. I do a monthly rolling contract, but prefer lodgers who want to stay at least 3 or 6 months if possible.

My other lodgers are female researchers working at Cambridge University and they walk to work. Another female to join them would be great. I am away a lot of the time, so usually there would just be the three of you in the whole house.

All Utility Bills, Council Tax and Wi-Fi internet are included.
