Situated just off Histon Road, our property is on the doorstep of Cambridge City Centre and near Cambridge North Station.

We have one new single room available. The house also benefits from a spacious living room, dining room and bathroom.

The room is furnished with a double bed, comfortable mattress, a wardrobe/chest of draws & bedside table.

For those with bikes there is parking and storage areas at the rear of the house along with a fantastic garden.

Badminton Close has a variety of local shops nearby including Londis, recreational and sports facilities are a few minutes walk away.

All bills are included. We also provide each room with a Netflix subscription.

The property comes with a regular cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener.

We also do not take deposits for any of our rooms.
