I have a large, bay-windowed double room available on Mawson Road (CB1), conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 1-minute walk from Mill Road. The house is located on a quiet road, ensuring a peaceful living environment. Fully furnished, the room includes a sink, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, mattress... Furthermore, I've maintained the room to be clean, mold-free and have freshly washed the curtains.

Available for viewing in April and May, the room is on offer from June 1st to July 14th (950 pounds in total for this duration). Included in the cost are all bills (electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax), fast internet. The dates are FIXED, but can consider shorter stay within this period.

Shared amenities in the house consist of a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and standard kitchen appliances, accommodating all your domestic needs. Having lived and worked in this room since June 2023, my decision to move is driven by accepting a new job in London, as I prefer not to commute. The residence is shared with 5 very friendly individuals (1 female, 4 males), a mix of PhD students and young professionals. Additionally, the house features 2 full bathrooms.
